  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or physical damage
  • Items without original packaging, accessories, or invoice

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team within the eligible return period
  2. Provide your order number or purchase invoice
  3. Share a clear description and images (if applicable) of the issue
  4. Wait for return approval and instructions

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Warranty Claims

7. In-Store Purchases

  • Returns or exchanges for in-store purchases must be made at our physical location
  • Original receipt is required
  • Store policies apply as communicated at the time of purchase

8. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns

GoGlobal is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
